For many the Stockli Storm Rider is deemed the precipice of hard charging all mountain skis that retain stiffness in all conditions. The Storm Rider 105 has a wood and titec core which makes this a ski that won't chatter at high speeds and throttle through bumps while floating well in deeper snow. The skis high rising tip provides ample float in deep snow but the stiffness throughout the ski makes this a high rockered ski that doesn't chatter when you lay it over going 60 down a crisp groomer. If you like a ski that doesn't have a brake and just knows go the SR 105 is for you.
