The all-new Wayback 98 W is the most universal tool in the Wayback collection. Narrow enough for a spring tour but wide enough to navigate variable conditions. Featuring K2's Titanal Touring Tech, All Terrain Rocker, and Bio resin. K2 redefines the standard for lightweight and highperformance touring skis.
ABILITY: Advanced / Expert
SKIER TYPE: Touring
With a width of 98mm underfoot, these skis provide ample floatation in powder and offer great versatility in variable snow conditions. The rocker-camber-rocker profile enhances maneuverability and makes turning effortless, while the moderate flex offers excellent responsiveness and control.
CAMBER
Rocker Camber Small Rise - Skis with a rocker in the tip, camber in the middle and a small rise in the tail are very versatile. The ski is easy to turn, and the camber under the foot gives the ski grip on harder snow. The tail is slightly raised, but it is not like a full rocker. This makes for a balanced combination of easy turning and carving, without compromising on stability.
CORE
Constructed with a lightweight Paulownia wood core, these skis excel in uphill efficiency, allowing for easier ascents and less fatigue. Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass laminates provide strength and stability, ensuring a smooth and confident ride downhill.
SHAPE
Equipped with a flat tail, the K2 Wayback 98 Woman Touring Skis are compatible with multiple touring bindings, giving you the flexibility to choose the one that best suits your needs.
